Free Nokia Prepaid Cell Phone

PhoneNews.com is offering a promotion and giving away 10,000 Nokia 2610 phones.  The catch is that you have to use AT&T’s service with this phone.  You have to buy the phone through the AT&T site, so it doesn’t make sense to claim this offer if you don’t plan on using AT&T’s pay as you go service.

The way this works is you buy the phone through PhoneNews’ affiliate link to AT&T–the phone is heavily discounted and costs $9.99–then you are given a BestBuy gift card of the same amount ($9.99).  Learn more about this deal here.

I imagine that you have to sign up with AT&T prepaid cell phone service, otherwise it wouldn’t make sense to get the phone.  So if you have been planning on subscribing to this company, then this might be a good thing to look into.  I’m offering no quarantees as the validity of this offer or what other stipulations there may be; I just wanted to point this out to people.  If you have questions, contact that administrator of PhoneNews.com.

You do have to pick a prepaid plan with the order, but you can just pop the SIM out that comes with it… it works as a great backup phone for an existing AT&T prepaid or regular plan.

Since one of the two GoPhone plans is flat-rate, there’s really no risk with that. You just throw the SIM card away and you don’t get charged anything at all.
