		<description>You do have to pick a prepaid plan with the order, but you can just pop the SIM out that comes with it... it works as a great backup phone for an existing AT&amp;T prepaid or regular plan.

Since one of the two GoPhone plans is flat-rate, there&#039;s really no risk with that. You just throw the SIM card away and you don&#039;t get charged anything at all.</description>
