Motorola representatives were extremely rude and refused to repair a phone that had no water damage, had not been dropped, etc. They wanted to charge $110 for repairs to a seven month old phone. We cancelled our account with BOOST MOBILE and purchased a new phone and plan from METRO PCS. WARNING PARENTS AND POTENTIAL BUYERS OF THE MOTOROLA PHONE! Don't buy any Motorola phone.
