Straight Talk is on Verizon's network, America's most reliable.

The customer service is fine, according to most online reports.

J.D. Power, the consumer ratings service, in its 2009 Wireless Prepaid Customer Satisfaction Study, rated Net10#1 and TracFone#2 , respectively.

Since Straight Talk's customer service is handled by the same folks, you can be confident that it'll be just as good.

Straight Talk's unlimited plan, in addition to unlimited nationwide anytime minutes and texts, includes 30MB of data (around 350 web pages), all for $45 for 30 days.

If you don't talk and text that much, you can get 1,000 nationwide anytime minutes and 1,000 texts, plus 30MB of data for only $30, also over Verizon's network!

I'm not one for unlimited cell plans and my typical, admittedly very low, usage of my cell costs me somewhere between $10 to $20 per month. I have been using Tracfone for a few years now and am really happy with the service.
If I would want to go onto a higher plan I think I might go with Straight Talk rather than PagePlus, which I had never really heard of before. Is their service reliable? Is the network coverage REALLY nationwide or do they just cover the larger cities? What is their customer service like?
