Straight Talk Wireless Plans Start at $30

Straight Talk Wireless’ prepaid phone plans start at just $30 per month, plus the price of the phone, and cap out at $45 per month for the slightly more expensive Unlimited plan.

The $30 plan from Straight Talk Wireless is known as the “All You Need” plan and gives you the use of 1,000 minutes of talk time and 1,000 text messages.  You also get 30 MB of data usage for web browsing, which is nice.

The $45 Unlimited plan will give you unlimited use of your phone for voice, text, and web browsing.  Yeah, that’s right, unlimited web browsing.  That’s a very attractive feature.

Both of these plans run on the Verizon prepay network, which is one of the most solid in the country.  I was just talking to someone today who has a contract plan through Verizon Wireless and was extolling its virtues as he also told me how cool the new Samsung Omnia 2 cell phone is.

I agreed and told him I had heard good things about Straight Talk Wireless’s service on the Verizon network.

These two prepaid phone plans are good ones to include in your search for a well-priced prepaid plan that will give you the service and the assurance you need out of your cell phone provider.
