First, not sure what Kimberly is referring to, but NET10 has no activation fees. As for their phone selection, they now have a bigger selection for all kinds of needs, from basic user to the business person. I will say that they do offer the airtime in convenient amounts to fit every budget and usage need. You can even switch between them all if you want at no extra charge. However, if you change from a pay as you go to a monthly, you will lose any minutes you have left at that time. If you find that you're using your phone extensively, then the $50 unlimited plan is the way to go. Just know that whatever you decide, the coverage uses either AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon.

This site says it all. The motto "no evil" and "cell phone happiness" have made an appearance at net10laughoff.com, where net10 users are encouraged to post their laughter in response to great savings and service. You really do get a lot for your money, not just prepaid minutes: good towers/coverage, customer support, and dependable phones (though there are fancier out there).

After so many years of contracts and the potential for overage fees, I made the choice to go prepaid. I did my research and found Net10 to be a dependable and affordable choice. Their phone selection is good, but a bit small, and some might find the activation prices a bit steep despite you getting 300 minutes initally. What everyone, including me, really loves is the selection of plans - I mean you can get one for as low as $15 a month. I went with a $60/600M plan and I text for .03 rather than the usual .10 with any other company. With a TMobile powered network and international calling for .15, Net10 was really the right choice for me.
