Currently, with an AT&T plan and phone purchase from LetsTalk.com, customers get a $100 Visa card.  The thing that makes this a stellar deal is that most of the AT&T phones on sale at the site are already being offered for free.

So, if you are looking for an AT&T plan and phone, now is the time to strike the fire while the iron is hot as they say.  You get a free phone, $100 to spend anywhere you choose, and an affordable cell phone plan.  This is a limited time offer that will expire 3/2/2010.

Free Phone of the Day: Samsung Impression (AT&T)

att_samsung_impression-480x387This site is usually all about prepaid phone reviews and news, but I know a good deal when I see one.  And there are some good deals to be found on cell phones in the postpaid, contract wireless world.

You know the drill–you get a free phone in return for a two year contract with a major wireless provider.  One of the coolest free cell phones you can get is the Samsung Impression.  You can get this cell phone for free with a new plan from AT&T.

Samsung Impression has the latest technology in multimedia and messaging and is truly for the person who likes to stay “connected” via social media or standard text and calling.

The 3G phone is palm-sized and has a stylish look.  It also boasts a sharp 3.2 AMOLED touch screen that has a great user interface and navigation that is easy to configure to your own specifications.

It also has a 3 megapixel camera/camcorder.  It’s a nice phone.  See details about how to get the Samsung Impression for No Charge from AT&T.

AT&T Supports Troops with Prepaid Phone Cards

CellphonesForSoldiersAT&T has given 350,000 prepaid phone cards to American troops overseas since the wireless phone service company has been running its Cell Phones for Soldiers charity created just for this purpose.

This is a great thing that helps out soldiers who may not be able to afford the expense of calling their loved ones back home as often as they would like.

Kudos to AT&T for this kind gesture to American troops.  You can help too.  Since Cell Phones for Soldiers pulls in its proceeds by recycling phones, you can donate an old cell phone for this cause.  It’s a great way to help someone out and get rid of an old phone you don’t need.  Plus since it’s not a good thing for old phones to end up in landfills, this is also an environmentally-friendly thing to do.

Visit www.att.com/holidayconnect to get a free prepaid shipping label and mail in your old cell phone. Or visit the Cell Phones for Soldiers website.
