PrepaidReviews has a good post about the best cell phones from the major prepaid carriers under $100.  It’s always key to be economical and in fact saving money is the real benefit to prepaid plans.  So going in, you don’t want to drop a ton of cash on a phone.

But you also don’t want a total piece of junk that’s going to be miserable to use.  These phones are good options for prepaid users.
