I guess you could add another big name onto the list in the title of this post: Wal-Mart. Since Straight Talk Wireless phones and plans are on sale at the big name retailer, you can see how these plans are a force to be reckoned with.
TracFone owns Straight Talk, which runs on the very strong Verizon network, and which are sold online at Straight Talk’s website. A lot of pay as you go companies don’t have the best wireless networks, which can cause problems for their user base. This is not a problem for this company since they have a partnership with Verizon Wireless.
There are two plans and several cell phones to choose from. Two of the more prominent phones are the Samsung R451C and the Samsung Finesse.

Straight Talk’s “All You Need” $30 Prepaid Plan
For $30 a month, you get 1,000 minutes of talk time, 1,000 messages, 30 mb of data, and unlimited 411 calls.
Straight Talk’s Unlimited $45 Plan
The Unlimited plan has no limits on phone use for voice, text, 411, and web browsing. All of Straight Talk plans run on the Verizon network. This plan costs $45 each month.
